Summary: Not the best free breakfast as far as Hampton inn’s usually go. Only one working elevator meant long wait times, and being on the upper floors with small children made the stairs an impossible choice.

Summary: Jay with maintenance/ janitorial services was so sweet! We had 3 loud little girls & he welcomed them every single day we were there and even had a basket of toys for them a couple different days. There was not one issue or any complaint! Would stay again and have already recommended!

Summary: This Hampton Inn is in excellent condition - very clean and like new condition. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location near expressway and zoo, the park, and science center. Even though it’s close to the expressway with the ac and positioning of the building we didn’t experience any road noise. One note is that I didn’t see that hotels.com disclosed the $10 parking fee (but I may have overlooked this). We would stay here again.

Summary: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Close to Forest Park and all the activity available there. Just a few minutes drive from The Grove and Central West End.

Summary: Not a bad hotel. Wasn't a fan of the location or fees for parking. Felt a little unsafe, but not to the degree I've seen in other places. Overall, room met our expectations and service was solid.

Summary: Perfect location for a visit to the zoo. The associates especially Malissa who checked us in and later checked on how things were going. She and others were friendly friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest and welcoming hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Breakfast offerings were exceptional! Keep up the good work.
